Stage One

Hourly Model

We start with an hourly model that lasts up to six weeks. It should result in a hire or several candidates interviewing. However, in some cases, it may take longer to find the ideal candidate. In such instances, we work with the client to determine the best course of action. This could mean continuing with the hourly model, which is suitable when we are close to making a hire (and offers the most significant savings). Alternatively, we may decide to switch to a credited contingency model after stopping the hourly billing.

Stage Two

Contingency Model

Our work continues, but active billing stops. We continue searching for ideal candidates and cap our contingency fee at 20%. Any money paid from the hourly model is credited towards the 20% limit, so you always know the maximum spend.
