Our hybrid recruitment model has been designed to help our clients save an impressive 50-75% of standard recruitment fees. We are confident that our unique approach, which involves a full-blown custom talent attraction campaign, will deliver results. Our hourly model lasts for six weeks maximum, during which we aim to achieve a successful hire or have multiple candidates interviewing. If we don’t meet our goal, we switch to a contingency model, which has a fee cap of 20%. The costs incurred during the hourly phase are counted towards this cap.
