Why We Started.

Top Talent was founded on Valentine’s Day 2018 after years of watching how the recruiting industry really works. The conflicts of interest, the recycled candidates, the firms working both sides of the same market. We knew there was a better way.

Top Talent was built by people who have sat on every side of the talent table. Before starting this firm, the founders spent their careers as HR leaders, training professionals, sales engineers, and business development directors across industries ranging from manufacturing and energy to healthcare and construction.

That experience is baked into how Top Talent works. Every search is approached with an understanding of the roles being filled, the pressure hiring managers are under, and what it actually takes to attract strong candidates in a competitive market.
