OUR STORY
Why We Started.
Top Talent was founded on Valentine’s Day 2018 after years of watching how the recruiting industry really works. The conflicts of interest, the recycled candidates, the firms working both sides of the same market. We knew there was a better way.
When you partner with Top Talent, we work exclusively for you. We don’t take on your competitors. We recruit directly from the talent pools that matter most to your organization, without restriction and without conflict.

THE TEAM
Our Founders.
Top Talent was built by people who have sat on every side of the talent table. Before starting this firm, the founders spent their careers as HR leaders, training professionals, sales engineers, and business development directors across industries ranging from manufacturing and energy to healthcare and construction.
That experience is baked into how Top Talent works. Every search is approached with an understanding of the roles being filled, the pressure hiring managers are under, and what it actually takes to attract strong candidates in a competitive market.

That includes Affirmative Action planning support, Internet Applicant recordkeeping, disposition code tracking, and candidate data retention practices. Our Talent Advisors bring years of hands-on recruiting experience across the industries they serve. The team holds AIRS/ADP certifications including PRC, CDR, and CSMR credentials, and includes bilingual recruiting capability for organizations with diverse hiring needs.
