How We Work

Every search starts before we source a single candidate. We assess your organization, culture, function, and the specific role, defining your objectives and requirements before we build your strategy.

Then we launch a full custom talent attraction campaign, including a designer-created marketing piece built specifically for your search. It reaches passive candidates that generic job posts never touch.

You get a dedicated Talent Advisor and Project Manager for the duration. They act as ambassadors for your brand, entrepreneurial, creative, and always working in your best interest.

Full visibility throughout: a shared Candidate Databank you own permanently, weekly update calls, recruitment reports, and real-time market data including candidate resumes, compensation, and contact information. That data is yours to keep, forever.

On any hourly engagement, hire as many people as you need, any role, any level, at no additional cost. We don’t charge per placement. You pay for the partnership, not the headcount. End a search at any time with no penalty.

Flexible Pricing Built Around Your Budget

Hourly, $100/hr

Unlimited hires. Pause, adjust, or stop at any time. Most clients save 40-75% compared to traditional fees.

Retained, 20% of salary

Paid in three installments. Best for confidential or senior-level searches where a dedicated campaign and committed weekly hours matter most.

Two-Stage

Start hourly at $100/hr. Hours are credited toward a 20% contingency fee if we place. You always know the maximum spend.

Flat-Fee Bundle

1 role / $5k • 2 / $8k • 3 / $10k • 4 / $13k • 5 / $15k. All 30-day searches.
